What is Grounding and How Does it Work?

 Grounding works quickly to realign your body to the Earth's frequency.

Whenever I have a bad headache all I have to do is walk outside barefoot, or hold a tree for a few minutes and my headache goes away. Grounding is beneficial for animals and children too. Grounding is may help with depression, anxiety, trouble sleeping or being unable to focus. There are many grounding techniques and grounding exercises you can do to help calm your mind and regulate your nervous system.
